CRZ YOGA PANAMA operates this store and website, including all related information, content, features, tools, products, and services in order to provide you, the customer, with a curated shopping experience (the “Services”). CRZ YOGA PANAMA is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.

All orders are subject to acceptance. We may decline or cancel an order at our discretion. You will be notified if your order is changed or canceled. Purchases are for personal use only.
SECTION 4 - PRICES AND BILLING
Prices are listed in U.S. Dollars unless stated otherwise and do not include taxes, customs, or shipping. You agree to pay all applicable charges, including IVA (sales tax) and import duties if applicable under Panamanian law. You certify that payment details provided are accurate and you are authorized to use the payment method.
SECTION 5 - SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
We offer Standard and Express delivery options within Panama. Free shipping may be available for eligible orders within Panama City (e.g. orders over $75). Estimated delivery times are provided for reference only. CRZ YOGA PANAMA is not responsible for delays caused by customs, carriers, or external factors. Title and risk of loss transfer to you upon shipment.
SECTION 6 - RETURNS AND REFUNDS
We do not offer monetary refunds. Approved returns may be eligible for a store credit (gift card) or product exchange. Items must be returned within 10 calendar days of delivery, in unworn, unwashed condition with original tags. Final sale and damaged items are not returnable. All content on the Services, including logos, product images, and written content, is the property of CRZ YOGA PANAMA or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.
