Orders & Delivery
How fast will I receive my order in Panama City?
Orders placed before 4PM Monday–Friday are delivered the same day. Orders placed after 4PM are delivered the next business day. We do not deliver on Saturdays or Sundays — orders placed after 4PM on Friday are delivered the following Monday.
Do you deliver outside Panama City?
Yes. Delivery outside Panama City takes 1–2 business days. The shipping fee is $2.99 regardless of order size.
Is shipping free?
Shipping is free in Panama City on orders of $43 or more. For orders under $43, the fee is $2.99. There is no free shipping option outside Panama City.
Can I track my order?
Yes. Once your order ships you'll receive a confirmation email and a WhatsApp message with delivery details. You can also message us at +507 6609-9344 for live updates.
Payments
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept:
- Yappy — instant local payment
- Visa, Mastercard, American Express
- Apple Pay & Google Pay
All payments are processed securely at checkout.
Can I pay with Yappy?
Yes. Yappy is available as a payment option directly at checkout — select it after entering your shipping details. No bank transfers or extra steps required.
Is my payment information secure?
Yes. All transactions are encrypted and processed through industry-standard secure payment gateways. We never see or store your full card details.
Can I use more than one discount code?
No — only one discount code or promotion can be applied per order.
Sizing & Fit
How do I find my size?
Each product has its own Size Guide on the product page — click "Size Guide" next to the size selector to see measurements and fit tips specific to that item. You can also visit our general Size Guide for reference.
What if I'm between sizes?
For our Butterluxe and stretch fabrics, size down for a snugger compression fit or stay true-to-size for a relaxed feel. If you're unsure, message us on WhatsApp and we'll help you decide.
Do the leggings have pockets?
Most of our leggings include side pockets — check the product description on each item to confirm.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 10 calendar days of delivery. Items must be in new condition (unworn, unwashed, with original tags). Approved returns are eligible for a product exchange or a store credit (gift card) equivalent to the item's value. We do not offer monetary refunds.
How do I request a return or exchange?
Message us on WhatsApp at +507 6609-9344 or email support@crzyogapty.com within 10 days of receiving your order. Our team will guide you through the process. Once we receive and inspect the item, we'll issue your exchange or store credit within 1–5 business days.
What if my item arrived damaged or I received the wrong product?
Contact us immediately with your order number and a clear photo of the issue. We'll resolve it promptly at no cost to you.
Are any items not returnable?
Final sale items, specific discounted items, and items that have been worn or damaged cannot be returned.
Product Care
How do I care for my CRZ Yoga activewear?
Wash on a delicate cold cycle. Hang dry or tumble dry on low. Avoid contact with velcro and other abrasive materials — especially with our Butterluxe fabric. Skip the fabric softener; it breaks down the technical fibers and reduces stretch over time.

Do you offer discounts for fitness professionals?
Yes. If you're a certified trainer, yoga instructor, or wellness coach in Panama, apply for our CRZ YOGA Pro Program to receive 20% off all full-priced products.
