Shipping policy

CRZ YOGA PANAMA is committed to ensuring that your order arrives safely and in a timely manner. This Shipping Policy outlines the terms and conditions regarding deliveries within Panama.

1. Shipping Coverage

We currently only ship within the Republic of Panama.
We do not accept international orders at this time.

2. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1 business day. Orders placed before 4PM (Mon–Fri) are eligible for same-day delivery in Panama City.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • Once your order has been shipped, you may contact us directly for a delivery update.

3. Delivery and Tracking

  • While we do not offer live tracking numbers, customers are welcome to contact our support team at any time for delivery updates.

  • Estimated delivery times:

    • Panama City: Same day if ordered before 4PM (Mon–Fri); otherwise, next business day

    • Outside Panama City: 1–2 business days

    • 🚫 We do not deliver on Saturdays or Sundays. Orders placed after 4pm on Friday will be delivered the following Monday.

     

4. Shipping Rates

  • Panama City:
    • Free delivery on all orders over $43
    • $2.99 delivery cost on orders under $42.99
    • Same-day delivery for orders placed before 4:00 PM (Mon–Fri); after 4:00 PM delivers the next business day


  • Outside of Panama City:
    • $2.99 USD flat rate
    • Delivery in 1–2 business days
    • 🚫 No deliveries on weekends.

We will not modify shipping rates after purchase without prior notice. 

5. Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for entering accurate and complete shipping details. CRZ YOGA PANAMA is not liable for delivery issues caused by incorrect addresses.

 

6. Damaged or Missing Items

  • If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing support@crzyogapty.com. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and any supporting photos, if applicable.
